This component can make appointment insertion, bill creation and callback appointments, very easy to manage. By inserting once all the possible tasks the office can perform during a visit, aside from saving a big amount of time of secretary tasks, the program helps avoiding mistakes, typos and similar problems which can happen when repeating the same task many time in a day.

Included details are: task text to insert in bill entries, cost, billing code, optional description and callback management.


Tasks List 

Callback appointments can be automated for any task: in this example of a dentist, when an appointment is taken for a tooth extraction, a dialog will ask the user if a callback appointment should be preconfigured for a check-up in seven days. The schedule is then advanced seven days and the user is prompted to insert the appointment where he thinks it fits better. The appointment will be automatically entered with the same customer and a check-up visit as task.


Automatic Callback 

One more tool available in this component allows the annotation of waiting queues for limited availability tasks and operations.
