Every component and data of the application is interlinked to allow jumping from a section to another relevant one. For example while viewing a Patient data one can see all his future appointments, create a bill for him, view his visits, etc.

When many Doctors operate in the same office, Billing, Task List, Schedules and Patient List can be configured to be shared among them or not.

Privacy and Data Security

Data access is divided in two kind of permissions:

• Secretary – Allows to perform every task needed for the office management without accessing sensible private medical data about the Patients. This behavior can be customized. Functionalities available: schedule, patient list, billing, drugs and recipes, tasks list, notes and memo, chat.

• Doctor – Allows unrestricted access to all data. Has all the functions available to the secretary plus a dedicated component (Visit Archive) which contains all the medical data.

All data resides on a secure Microsoft SQL Server, safe and efficient, data can be encrypted and backup can be scheduled to be performed regularly on any support like usb sticks, cds, or another hard disk.

To access to the application from a remote location via internet, the same password and security measures are needed as for the local access.
