What is exactly the free trial ?
The downloadable software is a full version of the program which will be activated with a three months license. Passed these the application can be converted to full license without losing data.
What shall I do if I decide not to buy the software?
Please uninstall the application with the start menu shortcut (Doctor's Office group->Disinstalla). We would gladly hear your comments on the applications
Which customizations are available ?
The main customization tools are Visit Templates. Please see the Customization section

What is the Microsoft dotNET Framework ?
dotNET Framework is a recent technology from Microsoft which lets programmer develop new generation software. It is installed with automatic updates.
What are the minimum requirements ?
Pentium 3 or AMD 500 Mhz, Windows XP SP2 / Windows Server 2003 SP1 / Windows Server 2008 / Windows Vista, 192 MB Ram
Does it work with Windows Vista or the next Windows 7?
Yes
Some errors or problems arise during installation

Troubleshooting
The software is correctly installed as client and server. The server works normally, but when starting the client I get an error regarding an impossible connection to the SQL server
Please ensure the client can communicate to port 2301 on the server and that this isn't blocked by a firewall. Please test the application with both firewalls down. If the problem continues please check network connectivity between the two computers or the correct configuration of the client with the Database Management tool
